Description
Apple Charlotte in a Slow Cooker
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 glass
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Apple - 4 pieces
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the apples, remove the core, and slice them.
Step 2
Turn on the multicooker to the warming mode and place a piece of butter in the pot to let it melt. Once melted, lightly coat the walls of the pot with the butter and add 2 tablespoons of sugar (brown sugar will give a more golden color, but regular sugar can also be used). Stir with a wooden or plastic spoon until the sugar completely dissolves in the butter.
Step 3
Arrange the first layer of apples beautifully at the bottom (start placing them from the outer edge) — this will be the top of the pie! Then, add the remaining apples on top of the first layer however you like, but not too tightly.
Step 4
Using a mixer, beat the eggs with sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Add a cup of flour with baking powder and continue to beat. The batter should be similar to sour cream.
Step 5
Pour the batter over the apples. Set to bake for 40 minutes. Once done, flip it onto a serving platter.
