- Antonovka apples - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 4.2 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Butter - to taste

Wash and peel the apples.

Separate the eggs into yolks and whites.

Beat the yolks until fluffy.

Add sugar to the egg whites and beat until peaks form.

Combine the yolks with the egg whites and mix.

Sift the flour into the egg mixture.

Fold in the chopped apples.

Grease the baking pan with butter and dust with flour. This method of preparing the pan is called 'French dressing.'

Pour the batter into the pan and place it in a preheated oven at 392°F for 35–40 minutes (you can check for doneness with a toothpick), but do not take it out immediately. It's better to leave it in the turned-off oven for another 5–20 minutes.
