This is a very simple recipe, but the result will pleasantly surprise you!

Ingredients

  • Apple - 3 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
  • Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
  • Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Sugar - ½ cup

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grease the baking dish with butter.

Step 2

Wash the apples, peel them, and cut them into small pieces, but do not grate. The pieces should be about 2–3 cm in diameter. Arrange them at the bottom of the dish.

Step 3

On top of the apples, scatter or crumble the butter into small pieces.

Step 4

For the batter, beat the eggs, add sugar, and beat again until the sugar dissolves. Add the flour and beat again, then add the baking powder and beat again. This way, the mixture will be as airy as possible. The batter should be quite liquid, like sour cream—do not make it too thick.

Step 5

Pour the mixture over the apples and butter, let it sit for 15–20 minutes, then bake in a preheated oven for 20–30 minutes until ready at a temperature of 356°F.

Step 6

Check the batter with a toothpick—if the batter does not stick to the toothpick, the pie is ready!
