  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
  • Baking Powder - a pinch
  • Semolina - ½ cup
  • Vegetable Oil - ½ cup
  • Crabapples - 6 pieces
  • Vanilla Ice Cream - 17.6 oz
  • Strawberry - 3.5 oz
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Ground Cinnamon - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the eggs with sugar until frothy.

Step 2

Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until it reaches the consistency of thick sour cream.

Step 3

Slice the apples.

Step 4

Grease the baking dish with oil and dust with semolina.

Step 5

Layer the apples in the dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Step 6

Pour the batter over the apples and bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-45 minutes.

Step 7

Remove the finished pie, cut into portions, and place on plates.
