Apple Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

  • Apple - 5 pieces
  • Pear - 1 piece
  • Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
  • Orange juice concentrate - 17 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour - 4.6 oz
  • Whole egg - 2 pieces
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Cream 22% - 6 fl oz
  • Orange zest - 0 oz
  • Cinnamon - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Chopped almonds - 4 tablespoons
  • Vanilla salt - ½ tablespoon
  • Sugar - ½ cup

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the butter with salt, egg yolk, sugar, and flour. Add 1 tablespoon of water. Grease the baking tray with butter. Spread and evenly distribute the dough. Prick with a fork and place in the freezer for 15–20 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 392°F. Peel and slice the pear and apples.

Step 2

Beat the yolk and egg, cocoa, walnuts, cream, zest, juice, cinnamon, and vanilla. Grate the chocolate over the chilled dough, arrange the apple and pear slices on top, and pour the cream over it. Bake in the oven for 30–40 minutes.
