- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Nutmeg - 1 teaspoon
- Ground clove - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Milk - ½ cup
- Brown Sugar - 1.30 cups
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Chopped almonds - 3.5 oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless - 6.7 oz
- Apple - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Grease a baking sheet with butter.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, baking soda, and spices.
Step 3
In another bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until creamy. Add the egg and beat again. Then mix in half of the dry mixture, nuts, raisins, and diced apples.
Step 4
Then add the milk and the remaining dry mixture.
Step 5
Drop 1 tablespoon of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between the cookies. Bake each batch of cookies for 12-14 minutes.
