Ingredients

  • Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
  • Egg white - 1 piece
  • Butter - 3 oz
  • Ground Cinnamon - 1½ teaspoons
  • Cardamom - ½ teaspoon
  • Baking Powder - 0.1 oz
  • Dried cranberries with sugar - 1½ cups
  • 20% Sour Cream - 1.8 oz
  • Natural Yogurt - 3.5 oz
  • Vanilla salt - 2 tablespoons
  • Apple - 3 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the butter with the white sugar. Add the egg, sour cream, and yogurt, and beat thoroughly at maximum speed.

Step 2

Add the flour, baking powder, cardamom, and 0.5 teaspoons of cinnamon, and mix until smooth.

Step 3

Wash the cranberries, lightly dry them, and add to the batter. Gently mix.

Step 4

Peel the apples, remove the cores with a special knife. Slice into thin rings.

Step 5

Grease the baking dish well with butter, fill it with the batter. Arrange the apple rings on top.

Step 6

Mix the vanilla sugar with the remaining cinnamon, and sprinkle the mixture over the pie.

Step 7

Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 356°F.
