- Large eggs - 8 pieces
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- White Cheddar Cheese - 4.2 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Apple - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Grate the cheese using a coarse grater. Peel and core the apples, then slice them thinly.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the egg whites and add half of the grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
