- Butter - 2.5 oz
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
- Apple - 1 piece
- Kiwi - 1 piece
- Black Rowan - ⅓ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease the baking dish with butter. In a food processor, combine the butter, sugar, eggs, flour, and baking powder. Knead the dough.
Step 2
Transfer the dough to the prepared dish and spread it evenly across the surface. Bake for 10-15 minutes, then let it cool for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Mix the sour cream with cinnamon, sugar, and diced apples. Slice the kiwi thinly.
Step 4
Layer all the fruits on the base. Bake for another 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely before serving.
Step 5
You can choose any fruits that you have at home. It will also be delicious to add some nuts to the dough.
