Ingredients
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Margarine - 5.3 oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Apple - 4 pieces
- Vanilla salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the yolks with sugar until dissolved. Add sour cream, a pinch of salt, soft margarine, and flour mixed with baking powder.
Step 2
Prepare the meringue (whip the egg whites for 2 minutes, then add sugar and whip for another 3 minutes).
Step 3
Spread the batter in the baking dish. Grate the apples and place them on top of the batter, then add the meringue mixture on top. Bake at 392°F for 40 minutes.
