- Apple juice with pulp - 1 glass
- Oat flakes - 2 glasses
- Apple - 1 piece
- Natural Yogurt - ½ glasses

- Fresh Berries - 1.9 oz

Step 1
Pour apple juice over the oatmeal and almonds, then refrigerate for one hour (but it's best to leave them overnight).
