  • Apple juice with pulp - 1 glass
  • Oat flakes - 2 glasses
  • Apple - 1 piece
  • Natural Yogurt - ½ glasses
  • Almond - 0 oz
  • Fresh Berries - 1.9 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour apple juice over the oatmeal and almonds, then refrigerate for one hour (but it's best to leave them overnight).

Step 2

Cut the apple into cubes.

Step 3

Mix everything together and add the yogurt. For sweetness, you can add a little honey or maple syrup.

Step 4
