  • Apple - 4 pieces
  • Dry yeast - 0.9 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In warm milk or warm water, dissolve the yeast, then add the oil, eggs, sugar, and salt. Gradually mix in the flour, stirring thoroughly, after which cover the bowl with a towel and place it in a warm spot to rise.

Step 2

Peel the apples, remove the cores, and slice them thinly. Before baking, fold the apple slices into the risen dough, mix well, and then drop spoonfuls of the batter into a skillet with heated oil to fry the pancakes. Make sure to dip the spoon in water before scooping the batter.
