Description
This recipe uses puree obtained from pressing apple juice, which is very convenient as it results in zero waste. You can also use pulp from carrots or other vegetables and fruits. The amount of flour needs to be adjusted since all juicers have different levels of extraction, and the pulp left after making juice also has varying moisture content. If necessary (if the batter is too liquid or the pancakes stick to the pan), add more flour. And, of course, remember to place any products for frying on a hot skillet. These pancakes can be served with sour cream or jam if they turn out not too sweet. Enjoy your meal!
