- Brown Sugar - 1 cup
- Margarine - 3.5 oz
- Cider - ½ cup
- Egg white - ½ cup
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Cinnamon - 1½ teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
- Apple - 2 pieces
- Chopped almonds - 4.2 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon

Preheat the oven to 374°F.
Step 2
Beat the softened margarine with sugar until creamy. Add the cider and egg powder, mixing until smooth. Then, while continuing to beat, gradually add the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Fold in the finely chopped apples and almonds.
Step 3
Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake the pastries for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
