Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 14.1 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Margarine - 7.1 oz
- Apple - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat 3 egg yolks with 150 g of sugar. Mix 400 g of flour with 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Combine 200 g of softened margarine with a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Divide the dough into 3 parts. Place 1/3 in the freezer. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it with oil, and evenly distribute the dough. Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater over the dough.
Step 3
Whip 3 egg whites with 150 g of sugar. Spread the egg whites over the apples.
Step 4
Remove the dough from the freezer and grate it over the meringue using a coarse grater. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 180–392°F for about twenty minutes.
