  • Apple - 2 pieces
  • Pears - 2 pieces
  • Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
  • Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Milk - 6 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Butter - 3 tablespoons
  • Toasted Sesame - 1 tablespoon
  • Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Vanilla Ice Cream - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the flour and 30 grams of sugar. Add salt and baking powder.

Step 2

Beat 3 eggs, then add the flour. While stirring constantly, add vegetable oil and milk.

Step 3

Slice the apples and pears into thin slices.

Step 4

Place the fruits in a greased baking dish and pour the batter evenly over them. Bake for 25 minutes.

Step 5

Prepare the crust. Beat one egg with the remaining sugar (70 g), then add melted butter and sesame seeds. Pour the mixture over the pie and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.

Step 6

Allow the finished pie to cool in the dish, then transfer it to a serving plate.

Step 7

Garnish each slice with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
