Description

- Powdered Sugar - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 15 oz
- Chicken Egg - 5.8 oz
- Whole egg - 3.9 oz
- Wheat Flour - 13.8 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.3 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 0 oz
- Apple - 1⅕ g
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Salt - 0.3 oz
- Corn Starch - 1.8 oz
- Milk - 13 fl oz
- Vanilla extract - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take 375 grams of room temperature butter and place it in the mixing bowl.
Step 2
Combine with powdered sugar.
Step 3
Whip until fluffy, add eggs and 30 grams of egg yolk, and mix until smooth. Add sifted flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Step 4
Prepare the custard: In a saucepan, combine 300 ml of milk with vanilla paste. Whisk together 40 grams of egg yolks with 50 grams of sugar and 30 grams of cornstarch. Pour a portion of the milk into the yolk mixture, stir, and then cook until thickened. Let the custard cool.
Step 5
Prepare the apple filling. Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. In a saucepan, combine the apples, cinnamon, 100 grams of sugar, 50 grams of butter, and 20 grams of cornstarch, and cook until the apples are slightly crisp. Let it cool.
Step 6
Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a nozzle. Grease a metal ring with butter. Pipe the dough into the ring.
Step 7
Arrange the bottom layer of dough in a spiral shape, then create a border on top.
Step 8
Spread the custard, then add the apple filling, and top it off with the final layer of dough arranged in a spiral.
Step 9
Brush with a mixture of egg yolk and milk, create a pattern, and place in an oven preheated to 338°F for 45 minutes. Allow the pie to cool.
Step 10
Cut the pie into 12 pieces, then top with Greek yogurt, honey, walnuts, mint, and dried rose petals.
