Ingredients
- Unleavened dough - 28.2 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Apple - 2 lbs
- Sugar - 8.8 oz
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the filling. Wash the apples, peel them, remove the cores and seeds, and slice them.
Step 2
Sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon and mix well.
Step 3
Roll out the dough thinly, wrap it around a rolling pin, and carefully transfer it to a greased baking tray.
Step 4
Cover with a layer of apples. Fold the edges of the dough up.
Step 5
Let the prepared pie rest for 15 minutes, then brush the edges of the dough with an egg beaten with milk.
Step 6
Bake for 15–20 minutes at a temperature of 210–446°F.
