Description
This is a simple pie that does not require kneading the dough. All ingredients are taken in roughly equal amounts. When layering in the pan, remember that the first and last layers should be dry. The quantity of ingredients in this recipe is calculated for three dry layers and two wet layers. The holes should be made large enough for the liquid component of the pie to soak through evenly. After baking, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar. It can also be served warm with a scoop of ice cream.
