- Butter - 7.9 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.9 oz
- Sugar - 10.6 oz
- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Cinnamon - 0.2 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Apple - 5 pieces
- Natural Yogurt - 7.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the butter (225 grams), sugar (300 grams), and vanilla sugar (10 grams) until the mixture becomes fluffy.
Step 2
Add the egg (1 piece) and mix.
Step 3
Fold in the flour (225 grams), cinnamon (5 grams), baking powder (10 grams), and yogurt (225 grams), mixing the batter until smooth.
Step 4
Pour the batter into a baking dish (on a smooth surface).
Step 5
Arrange the sliced apples (the more, the better, but the quantity is to taste), and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon on top.
Step 6
Bake at a temperature of 160–356°F for about an hour.
Step 7
After an hour, remove the pie from the oven and let it cool. Optionally, sprinkle with cinnamon again.
