- Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
- Apple - 3 pieces
- Cinnamon - 0.2 oz
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Margarine - 0.2 oz
- Apricot Jam - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grease the baking dish with margarine.
Step 2
Lay a layer of pastry in the dish, forming the edges of the future pie.
Step 3
Spread the pastry with apricot jam.
Step 4
Peel and dice the apples. Place the apples in the center of the pie. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 5
Roll out thin strips from the remaining pastry (9 pieces) and attach each to the edge of the pie. Braid the "lid". Decorate with the remaining pastry as desired.
