- Kefir - 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Vanilla extract - 0.2 oz
- Apple - 14.1 oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 6.7 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon - ½ spoons
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
- Vanilla Ice Cream - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Arrange the apple slices in circles, closely overlapping each other, to create a 'rose' pattern.

Place the pie in an oven preheated to 365°F for 45–50 minutes. Allow the finished pie to cool slightly on a rack before removing it from the pan.

Serve the finished apple pie with powdered sugar or vanilla ice cream.

Cut the apples in half and remove the seeds.

Slice the apples into very thin wedges (about 2 mm thick).

Bring the water to a boil. Carefully lower the apples into the boiling water for 30 seconds.

Melt the butter.

In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, butter, and eggs. Finally, add the kefir and mix everything again.

Sift the flour through a sieve, mix it with baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla, and place it in the mixing bowl.

Knead the dough: it should be quite runny, similar to pancake batter.

Line a baking pan with parchment paper (a pan with a diameter of 24–26 cm will work). Pour the batter into the pan.
