- Wheat Flour - 2½ cups
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Apple - 7 pieces
- 20% Sour Cream - 1 cup
- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 17.6 oz
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Cheesecake Mix - 7.9 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the softened butter with sugar (I melted the butter and let it cool).
Step 2
Add 1 egg, continue beating, and gradually add the flour.
Step 3
Knead into a uniform mass and set aside for half an hour in a cool place (I put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes).
Step 4
Wash the apples, remove the core, and slice them.
Step 5
Roll out the dough or flatten it by hand on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 6
Sprinkle the cake mix on top.
Step 7
Mix the cottage cheese with sour cream and the remaining eggs until smooth, adding lemon zest to taste.
Step 8
Spread the cottage cheese mixture over the dough and arrange the apples on top.
Step 9
Sprinkle with cinnamon and vanilla sugar.
Step 10
Bake for 30–40 minutes at 392°F or until a golden crust forms.
