- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Baking Powder - 0.5 oz
- Clarified Butter - 3 tablespoons

Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Step 2
Lightly beat 2 eggs with a fork and pour them into the flour and sugar mixture. Add milk and stir. Pour in vegetable oil and beat well.

Start peeling the apples. Remove the skin and seeds. Slice them thinly; this is essential for achieving the desired texture of the dough.

Place the apples into the dough. The dough should almost 'absorb' into the apples and become unnoticeable.

Grease the baking dish with oil, pour the dough into it. Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 200°C.

Meanwhile, prepare the future crust: whip the egg with sugar until white and frothy. Add melted butter and whip again.
