  • Apple - 32.6 oz
  • Brown Sugar - 0.9 oz
  • Ground Cinnamon - 3 teaspoons
  • Ground clove - ½ teaspoon
  • Nutmeg - ⅓ piece
  • Raisins - 3.9 oz
  • Butter - 2.6 oz
  • Pecan - 3.9 oz
  • Self-rising flour - 6.2 oz
  • Demerara Sugar - 3.9 oz
  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 8.8 oz
  • Golden caster sugar - 2 teaspoons
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Remove the cores from the apples, slice them thinly, and mix with sugar, ground cloves, nutmeg, raisins, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Transfer to a baking dish.

Step 2

Prepare the streusel. In a food processor, blend the butter, flour, remaining cinnamon, and sugar until crumbly, then add the chopped pecans.

Step 3

Sprinkle the streusel over the apples. Bake at 428°F for 35-40 minutes.

Step 4

While the pie is baking, prepare the cream. Mix the mascarpone cheese, cottage cheese, golden sugar, and vanilla extract. Place the cream in a cool place.

Step 5

Remove the finished pie from the oven and let it sit for 15 minutes. Serve with the prepared cream.
