- Apple - 4 pieces
- Clarified Butter - 1.4 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Powdered Sugar - 4 tablespoons

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 428°F.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the flour, add salt, room temperature butter (115 g), and mix thoroughly until a crumbly texture forms. Make a well in the center, pour in the egg, and knead the dough.

On a work surface, lay out parchment paper and dust it with flour. Roll out the dough into a circle and place it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, carefully transferring it to a hard surface to avoid breaking the dough.
Step 4
In melted butter, add lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
Step 5
Thinly slice the apples and arrange them in a fan shape in a circle, brushing them gently with the butter-sugar mixture to avoid shifting the apples. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar.
Step 6
Bake the pie in the preheated oven at 428°F for 10 minutes, then brush the apples again with the sugar mixture and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar, and continue baking at 374°F for 20 minutes (until the apples are fully soft).
Step 7
Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool slightly; optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
