  • Sugar - 8.1 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
  • Sour Cream - 1 can
  • Apple - 3 pieces
  • Ground Cinnamon - 0.4 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the dough. To do this, mix the flour, margarine, and 30 grams of sugar (2 tablespoons). Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 2

Prepare the topping. To do this, mix the eggs with 200 grams of sugar and sour cream.

Step 3

Peel and core the apples, then slice them thinly. It is recommended to use tart-sweet apples.

Step 4

Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll it out thinly, and place it in a baking dish. Bake the dough in the oven for 10 minutes, pricking it with a fork (to prevent it from rising).
