Ingredients

  • Apple - 5 pieces
  • Pear Jam - 10.6 oz
  • Breadcrumbs - 6.3 oz
  • Chopped almonds - 3.5 oz
  • Sugar - 1.6 oz
  • Ground Cinnamon - ½ spoons
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Milk - 13 fl oz
  • Whole egg - 2 pieces
  • Vanilla salt - 0.5 oz
  • 10% cream - 1 fl oz

Peel the apples, slice them, and mix with apple jam, toasted almond flakes, 30 grams of sugar, and cinnamon.

Grease the baking dish with butter, layer half of the breadcrumbs in the dish, then add the apple filling on top, and sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs. Cut the butter into thin slices and place them on the breadcrumbs. Bake the pie for 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 347°F.

In a saucepan, whisk together the egg yolks, milk, 15 grams of sugar, and vanilla sugar. Place over low heat and, stirring constantly, heat until thickened. Allow to cool.

Whip the cream until soft peaks form and fold it into the cooled sauce.
