Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Whole egg - 4 pieces
  • Sugar - 7.1 oz
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Apple - 4 pieces
  • Egg white - 2 pieces
  • Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cream the softened butter with 100 grams of sugar and the egg yolks. Add salt, baking soda, and flour. Knead the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Roll out the dough and place it in a baking dish, creating edges.

Step 3

Peel the apples, chop them finely, and place them on the dough. Bake in the oven at 356°F for 20 minutes, until the apples are golden. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Lower the oven temperature to 212°F.

Step 4

Whip the egg whites with the remaining sugar using a mixer until stiff peaks form and spread it over the apples. Return to the oven and bake until the egg whites are golden.
