- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 2 fl oz
- Oat flakes - 1.1 oz
- Sugar - 1.1 oz
- Apple - 2 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak 30 g of oat flakes in 30 ml of milk (or water) and let them swell.
Step 2
In a mixer, combine 60 ml of sour cream, 30 g of sugar, pieces of two peeled apples, and 5 ml of lemon juice. Blend for 30 seconds. Then add the soaked flakes and blend a little more. The porridge is ready.
