Ingredients
- Puff Pastry - 14.1 oz
- Apple - 2 pieces
- 10% cream - 0 fl oz
- Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
- Erythritol - 4 tablespoons
- Butter - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the apples.
Step 2
Finely chop them and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 3
Roll out the pastry and cut out circles.
Step 4
In a heated skillet, add the apples.
Step 5
Add sugar or sugar substitute.
Step 6
Season with cinnamon and stir. Set to medium heat.
Step 7
After 2–3 minutes, add vanillin and stir.
Step 8
After another 2–3 minutes, add the cream and stir.
Step 9
After 3–4 minutes, remove the apples from heat and place them on the pastry circles.
Step 10
Cover with the remaining circles and seal the edges. Place in a preheated oven at 374°F.
Step 11
After 15 minutes, the pastries are ready. Let cool slightly and serve.
