Place half an apple on the rolled-out pastry, and add 1 teaspoon of sugar into the core hole.

Carefully seal the bun, ensuring there are no openings so that the sugar syrup does not leak during cooking — the apple should be completely covered by the pastry, and the top of the bun should be rounded after sealing.

Then dip the bun in the whipped egg white, followed by dipping it in sugar, and place it on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.
