- Green Apples - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Raspberry leaves - 6.3 oz
- Corn Starch - 1.4 oz
- Orange zest - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 0.5 oz
- Shortcrust Cake Mix - 14.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Grease a 24 cm pie dish with butter and dust with flour.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out 2 circles. One should be slightly larger to cover the dish with edges, and the other for the top.
Step 4
Peel the apples, remove the seeds, and slice them thinly. Cut the butter into small cubes.
Step 5
In a large bowl, mix the apples with sugar, orange zest, and cornstarch.
Step 6
Place the larger circle of dough in the greased dish and spread half of the apples evenly over it. Distribute the raspberries on top and cover with the remaining apples. Top the apples with the butter cubes.
Step 7
Cover with the second circle of dough and seal the edges tightly.
Step 8
Make several cuts on the surface of the pie.
Step 9
Bake the pie for 40–45 minutes. After 20 minutes, brush the top of the pie with milk (or water) and sprinkle with a pinch of sugar.
