Ingredients
- Margarine - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Apple - 10.6 oz
- Sugar - 10.6 oz
- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Corn Starch - 1 teaspoon
- Chopped almonds - 2.5 oz
- Egg white - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the margarine into pieces or grate it, then mix with the flour. Add salt, baking soda, and sour cream. Knead the dough and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 2
Roll out the dough and cut into small circles. Place them on a greased baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes at 356°F.
Step 3
Grate the apples, add 150 grams of sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and mix well. Whip the egg whites with the remaining sugar, add the walnuts, and mix.
Step 4
Place the filling on each circle, top with the whipped egg whites, and bake for 10–15 minutes.
