- Apple - 22.6 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Egg white - 1.4 oz
- Gelatin - 0.2 oz
- Clear Apple Juice - 6 fl oz
- Citric Acid - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the apples and sauté them in vegetable oil. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Whip the egg whites with sugar separately, soak the gelatin, and combine all the ingredients in a capsule. Freeze.
Step 3
After it has set, churn in an ice cream maker.
