  • Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
  • Apricot Jam - 1.8 oz
  • Apple - 24.7 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Combine the flour, softened butter, sugar, egg, and sour cream to knead a soft dough by hand, form it into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

During this time, slice the peeled apples into thin wedges, grease the tart pan with butter, and preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 3

Spread the dough in the pan, forming a border.

Step 4

Spread a thin layer of sour cream on top.

Step 5

Arrange the apple slices in an overlapping pattern, starting from the edge.

Step 6

Bake at 356°F in the lower third of the oven for 40–45 minutes.

Step 7
