Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Granulated sugar - 5.3 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
  • Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
  • Cream - 3 fl oz
  • Apple - 2 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve twice, then mix well with the cream cheese.

Step 2

Beat the eggs with granulated sugar and vanilla sugar using a mixer, then combine with the cheese mixture. Add the cream and beat with the mixer for 2 minutes. Then, spoon the resulting cream into small tartlet molds and smooth it out.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 356°F. Wash the apples, dry them well with a paper towel, and remove the cores using a corer. Slice the flesh into rounds. Place one round on each tartlet with cream, sprinkle with sugar, and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
