- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Apple - 3 pieces
- Walnuts - 3.5 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 2
Add the oil, grated apples, and chopped walnuts. Mix well.
Step 3
Combine the flour, cinnamon, and baking soda, and add to the egg mixture.
Step 4
Pour into a greased baking pan and bake for 40 minutes at 392°F. Check readiness with a toothpick. Let cool and cut into 2 layers.

For the frosting, whip the sour cream with powdered sugar.
