- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 7.1 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - ½ spoons
- Mint - 0.4 oz
- Brandy - 0 fl oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whip the egg yolks with sugar using a blender or by hand until thick, then mix in the mascarpone cheese, ground cinnamon, brandy, and finely chopped fresh mint leaves.
Step 2
Peel the apples, cut off the top, and core them in such a way that a spacious cavity is created inside the apple.
Step 3
Stuff the cavity with the cheese mixture, grease a baking sheet with butter, arrange the apples on it, and place in an oven preheated to 392°F for twenty minutes.
