- 20% Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Walnuts - 3.5 oz
- Canned Peaches - 8 pieces

Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for the batter.
Step 2
Add chopped nuts (I used walnuts) and diced apricots.
Step 3
Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 45–50 minutes at 302°F.
