Ingredients
- Semolina - 14.8 oz
- Coconut flakes - 3.2 oz
- Sugar - 19.4 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 7.1 oz
- Vanilla extract - 0 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 2.6 oz
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Almond - 1.1 oz
- Water - 8 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Combine the semolina and flour.
Step 3
Add 220 g of sugar, shredded coconut, yogurt, vanilla, and melted butter to a bowl. If the mixture seems too thick, you can add a little milk.

Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish.
Step 5
Cut the pie into diamond shapes.
Step 6
Place an almond in the center of each diamond. Bake in an oven preheated to 374°F for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown.

Prepare the syrup. In a pot, bring the water and sugar to a boil, stirring occasionally.

Let it simmer for 5 minutes without stirring, then add the lemon juice and remove from heat.
