Description
Argentinian Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - 1 can
- Freshly brewed green tea - 3 fl oz
- Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies - 28.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and sour cream until you achieve a smooth consistency.
Step 2
Spread a thin layer of the mixture on the bottom of a rectangular dish in random spots to help the cookies stick.
Step 3
Layer the cookies in the dish, with the patterned side facing up. If the cookies break, it's not a problem.
Step 4
Add a few drops of coffee on each piece of cookie.
Step 5
Spread the mixture in a thin layer over the cookies.
Step 6
Repeat this process for several layers, finishing with either the mixture or cookies, whichever you prefer.
Step 7
Top with cocoa powder and grated or melted chocolate.
Step 8
Place the cake in the refrigerator for one hour or in the freezer for ten minutes.
Step 9
Serve once the cake has set.
