Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 7 pieces
- Sugar - 3½ glasses
- Honey - 3 spoons
- Vinegar essence - 2 spoons
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour - 5½ glasses
- Milk - 1⅒ l
- Cream - 17 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder - 3 spoons
- Butter - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar (2 cups), add the butter (200 g), baking soda activated with vinegar, and flour (4–5 cups). Place the mixture over a water bath, stirring until the batter thickens and changes color to light brown.
Step 2
Divide the dough into seven equal pieces. Roll each piece out into thin sheets and bake each one for 8–10 minutes at 356°F.
Step 3
While the cake layers are cooling, prepare the cream. Mix the granulated sugar (100 g) with the flour (100 g), add the milk (1 L), and place it over low heat until it thickens. Once the cream has cooled, add the whipped cream and beat until combined. Spread the resulting cream over the cake layers.
Step 4
To prepare the chocolate glaze, mix granulated sugar (1 cup) with cocoa, add milk (4 tablespoons), and place over heat, stirring until it comes to a boil. Then add butter (50 g). After that, pour the resulting glaze over the cakes.
Step 5
Leave the cake to soak overnight.
