Ingredients
- Unleavened dough - ½ piece
- Wheat Flour - 4.2 oz
- Milk - 16 fl oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - to taste
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- 10% cream - 3 fl oz

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Roll the dough into thin sausages and cut into pieces 2–3 cm long. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them. Brush with beaten egg.
Step 2
Bake at 356°F for 20–30 minutes.
Step 3
For the sauce, combine 480 ml of milk and flour in a small bowl, mixing thoroughly to avoid lumps. In a separate pot, pour in 480 ml of milk and cream, add sugar and vanilla to taste. Place over low heat, stirring until it comes to a boil, then pour in the prepared milk-flour mixture.
Step 4
Dip the finished hot asushki into the hot sauce and stir.
Step 5
Serve hot.
