Ingredients
- Dry Malted Milk Powder - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 8.8 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- 10% cream - 3 fl oz
- Gelatin - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter, add the cream and sugar. Cook this syrup until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 2
Mix the cocoa powder and dry milk (at this stage, I like to add cinnamon for a Christmas scent).
Step 3
Add the syrup to the dry mixture and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Let it cool for a while, then place the resulting dough in the freezer for 1.5–2 hours.
Step 5
From the cooled dough, form small balls and roll them in cocoa powder (dry milk, powdered sugar, to your taste).
