Autumn Pear Pie
Ingredients
- Pears - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 4.2 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Coconut Milk - 7 fl oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Brown Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Cinnamon - 0.2 oz
- Ground Almonds - 0.4 oz
- Cardamom - 0.5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - a knife tip
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Play your favorite music. Add baking soda, half of the cinnamon, cardamom, and a pinch of salt to the flour. Whisk the coconut milk with sugar and the egg. Mix with the flour. Play your favorite song again.
Step 2
Slice the pears in half, then each half into more halves, and again, to create thin slices. Remove the cores.
Step 3
Spread the dough in a greased round baking pan. Place the pear slices on top, pressing the flesh into the dough, leaving the skin side slightly above the surface. Mix 10 g of sugar, ground almonds, and the remaining cinnamon, and sprinkle over the pie.
Step 4
Bake at 356°F for 40–50 minutes, while brewing a fragrant herbal tea.
