Ingredients
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 4.6 oz
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Vanilla salt - 0.3 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Baking Powder - 0.2 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 0.2 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 1.4 oz
- Walnuts - 1.1 oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Wheat Flour - 11.3 oz
- Salt - a pinch

Prepare all the ingredients.

Transfer the batter to the pan and smooth the top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 45–50 minutes, in the middle, on the top-bottom mode.

Break the chocolate, add the butter, and melt in the microwave or in a water bath.

Transfer the melted chocolate to a piping bag or a simple plastic bag, cut off the tip. Drizzle the cake with a lattice of chocolate.

Chop the nuts and sprinkle them over the cake.

Serve with jam or preserves.
