- Raw cane sugar - 1.1 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 1.1 oz
- Avocado - 10.6 oz
- Coconut Milk - 1 fl oz
- Coconut Liqueur - 1 fl oz
- Lime Juice - 0 fl oz
- Condensed Milk - 2.5 oz
- Salt - 0 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mash the avocado until smooth and creamy. Add the mixture of coconut milk and coconut cream, lime juice, condensed milk, and salt. Whip thoroughly with an electric mixer.
Step 2
Spoon the avocado cream into a bowl, sprinkle with cane sugar, and use a kitchen torch to brûlée the sugar until it forms a golden crust.
Step 3
On one side, spread the wild berry jam, and on the other side, add a tablespoon of Greek yogurt.
