- Kefir - 7 fl oz
- Corn Starch - 1.4 oz
- Ocean salt - a pinch
- Erythritol - 1 tablespoon
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Avocado - 2.1 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 4 tablespoons
- Marinated cherries - 1.1 oz

Measure 200 ml of kefir.

Crack 2 eggs into the kefir.
Step 3
Add salt and erythritol.
Step 4
Add baking soda.
Step 5
Whisk with a whisk or mixer.

Add starch.

Whisk again thoroughly.
