- Milk - 4 fl oz
- Sugar - 0.4 oz
- Butter - 0.5 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Apple - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sort the rice, rinse it, cover with water, bring to a boil, and drain in a colander.
Step 2
Pour the prepared rice with boiling milk and cook on low heat until done, covered.
Step 3
Peel the carrot, wash it, grate it on a coarse grater, add a little water, and stew until ready.
Step 4
Wash the apple, peel it, remove the core, chop it, and simmer in a small amount of water with sugar.
Step 5
Mix the rice porridge with the carrot, strain through a sieve, heat, add the apples, and stir.
Step 6
Serve hot, seasoned with butter.
